QuickDraw's goal is to provide service so good that you tell your friends about us.  This includes but isn't limited to our collaborative drawing process to make your drawings look the way you need them to look. 

We quote a firm price for the services you request and we take pride in providing the services we promised at the price we promised without any hidden fees or surprises.  If you have provided accurate information about your patent drawing needs the following safe guards will ensure your project progresses smoothly.

Hundreds of repeat customers, and thousands of patent drawings prove that QuickDraw provides excellent service.  Thank you for understanding that we must publish these safe guards to prevent other people from abusing our policy of excellent service so we can properly serve you, the customer who appreciates our commitment to great service at a fair price.

By purchasing patent drawing services from QuickDraw Corp. you agree to the following terms and conditions:

New figures and new drawing requirements: The price quoted is for formalizing drawings as requested up to the date your project was quoted.  New figures and changes sufficiently substantial to constitute new figures will be quoted as new figures in addition to previously quoted work.

Prototypes: Prototypes may only be shipped to QuickDraw with prior consent from QuickDraw.  The supplier of the prototype(s) is responsible for shipping expenses for the return of prototype(s) if that is desired.  Prototypes lacking funds for return shipping shall be destroyed and disposed of upon completion of the patent drawing project.

Legal services: QuickDraw does not provide legal services and no service or correspondence with QuickDraw shall be considered legal advice.  Specifically, QuickDraw does not and can not read or respond to Office Actions.  Only the Inventor or a Registered US Patent Attorney can interpret and respond to Office Actions and indicate any drawing changes desired by printing, marking and faxing marked drawings to 603-589-4908.

Clear instructions: If drawing changes or edits are needed the desired edits must be marked on the drawing and faxed to 603-589-4908 or scanned and attached to an email.  Written or verbal changes are not sufficient to create complete and correct drawings.

Additional services: Drawings in additional formats CAD modeling, prototype design, shipping of hard copies or prototypes and or other additional services not quoted in previous quotations shall be quoted in addition to previous quotations.   Payment for additional services may be required before the additional services are provided.

Cancellation, credits and refunds: Projects may be canceled at any time and any unused funds at the time of cancellation will be returned via US Post or the method by which the funds were originally sent.  The amount of any credit or refund will be calculated as follows:

Refund or credit amount = Payments to date - (time spent on project at time of cancellation X current hourly rate)
